WINTER WORKSHOPS @ THE MUSE!
No 1 - SOFT GROUND ETCHING - TWO COURSES
ETCHING COURSE I: Friday 21st & Saturday 22nd November 2014
ETCHING COURSE II: Monday 24th & Tuesday 25th November 2014
Draw, plan, create and print at least one etching, in an environment entirely devoted to the making of art.
COURSE FEE (two days) : £150.00
CLASS SIZES - only 4 people ... to ensure individual attention.
PROVIDED - all materials, tools and equipment. Materials charged as used.
DAYS START - at 9:30am, bring lunch - we supply drinks and sticky buns - finish about 5pm.
Previous experience is welcome, but entirely superfluous!

No 2 - WAX & WIRE - ONE COURSE
WAX COURSE: Friday 28th & Saturday 29th November
There are as many different waxes as their uses ... and numerous ways to use wax to make sculpture!
Draw with wire! Make three dimensional pictures.
Work with wax, either freehand, or on a wire ARMATURE - a wire structure – enabling you to describe motion, and to make alterations easily.
COURSE FEE (two days) : £150.00

No 3 - PLASTER & WIRE - ONE COURSE
PLASTER COURSE : Monday 1st & Tuesday 2nd December
Use plaster and scrim to work free-hand or build an ARMATURE enabling easy alterations.
Draw with wire! Make three dimensional pictures.
Or make more angular or abstract work, working direct in plaster.
COURSE FEE (two days) : £150.00
CLASS SIZES - only 4 people ... to ensure individual attention.
PROVIDED - all materials, tools and equipment. Materials charged as used.
