The LEAVES were first modelled as part of 'TEMPUS FUGIT', a sculpture for British Rail, which makes a play of time (and timetables) and the ever encroaching will of nature. The bees were originally made for THE BEESTON SEAT.
This is the kind of piece that arrives when Sioban is at play ... putting a bee together with leaves came about when she was thinking of a gift for one of her friends.
